Construction of the Dream Las Vegas casino resort is now on pause after funds dried up. Construction costs have almost doubled to $575m as a result of various economic pressures. The suspects arrived at the casino in a Jeep Compass. They searched the parking lot until they parked the Jeep behind a Honda.

Two of the suspects got out of the Jeep, approached the car, and opened the car’s door.

TNT alleges Torch violates state consumer law and federal criminal statutes, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. TNT also claims Torch is taking part in fraud.
